At The Lush (thelush.shop), customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
* Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
* Customized or personalized products.
* Gift cards.
* Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, The Lush will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
